BEFORE SURGERY

After getting the recommendation from my niece, I contacted Braun to schedule my appointment through WhatsApp, in order to have consultation with the doctors about my cosmetic needs.

It was easy to communicate with the staff.  When showing up at Braun clinic on my scheduled day, I was impressed with the well-lit and new building which was located just 10-minute walking distance from my Airbnb place.  I felt welcomed by the staff and got consultation with Dr Lee and Dr Kim, who attentively answered all my questions and gave me good advice on what kinds of surgery I would need to fix my drooping eyelids and sagging cheeks/face.  Then I got the earliest appointment for facelift, blepharoplasty and fat grafting.  I really appreciate the doctors and staff members' accommodations to make me feel comfortable the day before my surgery.

After my cosmetic surgery, I was well taken care of by the Brain doctors and staff.  Dr Kim responded to my request by giving me more prescription refills for treating my red and inflamed eyes.  

I remember that, on my first follow up visit on my second day post-op, my face and eyes got lots of swelling and bruises.  Because of this, my eyes was blurry and I could not see clearly.  So Esther, one of the consultant staff members, helped me contact Uber taxi to pick me up.  She even held my hand to take me from the 6th floor out of the first floor door, to go all the way to the taxi parking on the street.  Thanks Esther for your great help which meant a lot to me when I was still in pain and could not see my way out.

Whenever I went to any of my three follow up appointments, I felt relieved that I was in good caring hands.  I go 2 complimentary hair washes and three 10-min laser treatments for my facial skin care.  The staff members were dressed up professionally and willing to help and answer all my questions.

Hopefully I will have a chance to go back to Braun clinic next year for more services.
