Step 1

Online Consultation

Please submit the simple information required for consultation along
with photos showing the front, 45-degree, and side angles of the area
you wish to have surgery on. The consultant in charge who reviewed
your information will recommend a surgical plan to you and will promptly
answer any questions you may have.

Step 2

Booking & Reservations

If you decide to schedule an in-person consultation or surgery
after your online consultation, let us know if you have a plan
and a particular doctor in mind. After reviewing the available
reservation schedule,we will provide you with the necessary
information for the next steps,including booking.

Step 3

Video Consultations

Prior to visiting, non-face-to-face consultation is also available
via video call. To begin, you can have a video consultation with a plastic
surgeon based on the pre-surgery photos you submitted during the
online consultation. You can easily get assistance with your pre-op
questions through this service even before traveling to Korea.

Step 4

Travel Plan

Depending on the procedure, a pre-operative diagnosis may be necessary.
We request a stay of at least 1-2 weeks for the safety of the patients, but if this
is difficult, please speak with the person in charge to arrange your travel.

Upon prior request, we offer linked limousine and hotel reservation services. (Additional fee)

Step 5

Surgery following a consultation, surgery on the day of the visit

Please visit the clinic on the scheduled date and time.
Depending on the surgical site, a pre-examination and CT
scan will be done if you want surgery the same day as your visit.

Rescheduling and cancellation policies for consultations and surgery In order to provide better service
and surgery to all patients, we have a policy on cancellation or change of reservations. If you need to
change the date of your consultation or surgery, please contact us at least one week in advance. If surgery
is canceled, a cancellation fee will be charged per hospital policy, so please check with the person
in charge before making a reservation.

Step 6

Surgery and Post-Operative Care

Braun Plastic Surgery not only performs safe surgery, but also
provides necessary post-surgery services based on your condition.

If you need a taxi after surgery, please let us know where you are staying and we will
make a reservation for you when you are discharged from the hospital. (Additional fee)

FAQ

Q : Is the consultation free?

A : Both online and offline consultations are free of charge.

Q : Do I have to pay for the surgery on the same day?

A : According to hospital regulations, surgery is only performed after the full amount of the surgery fee has been paid. Please plan ahead of time. The cost of surgery can be paid in advance or on the day, and you can decide the details after speaking with the person in charge.

Q : How early should I reserve myconsultation and/ or surgery?

A : It is advised for patients to set up a date at least two to three months in advance to reserve specific dates. However, if you wish to make a faster reservation, please contact the person in charge to proceed with the reservation.

Q : How much is the surgery reservation fee?

A : 10% of the overall surgery cost is required as a deposit. Once your surgery plan becomes finalized, you may pay the remaining balance.

Q : Is same-day surgery possible?

A : After confirming your condition via online consultation, we can assist you in scheduling surgery for the same day. If you have a specific surgery schedule in mind, please discuss it with the person in charge as reservations must be booked in advance.

Q : Do you provide airport pick-up and accommodation?

Yes! Upon request, we can arrange a taxi that will take you from the airport to your pre-determined destination within Seoul. We have affiliated accommodations that offer lower prices than when you book it by yourself. So, if you wish to book affiliated accommodations, please let us know in advance during your online consultation.
