In general, it lasts upto 10 years but it also varies by patients as everyone's aging speed is different. 

Lower blepharoplasty is a procedure to remove loose, saggy skin, 

but transconjunctival fat repositioning is repositioning the inner fat on the undereye so that the protruding undereye fat gets flattened smoothly.


These two procedures are a good combination to improve the lower eye bags. 

Essentially, because the incision site is different, the expected result is also different. A sub-brow lift removes the skin beneath the eyebrows and which can improve sagging of the lower brows. Natural and more fundamental improvement is possible with a forehead lift because the lower part of the hairline (forehead, eyebrows, and eyes) is improved. It works especially well when the gap between the brows and the eyes is narrow.
