Yes, we have an anesthesiologists with long experience who will be monitoring until the moment the patient safely recovers and is able to function on their own. 

It depends on the surgery you get. If you get surgeries that require general anesthesia, you will have to be hospitalized. An over-night shift nurse along with a translator will be present to make sure you recover safely. However, if you get surgeries with IV Sedation, you will be discharged once you are fully awake and recovered.
